Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery or pickup location.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Quote requests are not orders. A quote is valid only for the terms and period stated in it, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Fulfilment options depend on the product and location and are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety data sheets when storing, handling and applying products.

Submitting a distributor application doesn't create an agreement. Any distribution arrangement is subject to a separate written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
