Basic technical information such as IP address, used to protect the site against abuse.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To process orders and quotes, review distributor applications, respond to enquiries, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep the site secure. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and freight carriers, only as needed to provide the service.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
